This registration form is for WisCon 34 in 2010 ONLY.

Membership types and dessert tickets are sold as separate items, but are processed in the same shopping cart. For each member, simply fill out the information and click "Add to Cart." To add additional members, return to this screen by clicking on the "continue shopping" button that will appear. To see the contents of your shopping cart at any time, click on "View Cart" below. Please fill out the information completely. There are no shipping or other charges other than those listed below. (The online shopping cart works best with Internet Explorer 6 or higher.)

Note: After sucessfully completing this form, you will have an additional section to fill in special requests or comments. If you'd prefer, or if you are a former guest of honor, please mail in the Printable Reg Form (PDF). After you have registered,please make sure to read your confirmation email carefully. Note to Dealers: For WisCon 34, vendors wishing to purchase tables in the Dealers' Room must complete a Dealers' Room Application and receive an acceptance notice before they can submit fees. The application form is now available; online payment for dealers' tables will be available after January 15, 2010. A reminder: dealers must also purchase memberships for everyone working at their tables.
